Mr. Themba Samuel Mthandazo Mkhonto

→ Mr Mkhonto holds a B Iurisand LLB degrees. He was admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa on 15 January 1998, He has right of appearance in High Court. He has over 20 years post admission experience. He has acquired legal training; while serving his Article of Clerkship; in Labour Law, Civil Litigation in both the Magistrate’s Court and the High Court, Contract Drafting & Review, Constitutional Interpretation, Regulatory Law, Criminal matters, Conveyancing and property matters and Family matters. Mr. Mkhonto was also involved in drafting specific clauses of the Employment Contract in particular, Non-Disclosure of Confidential Information and Restraint of Trade.
→ Prior to his employment at J.M Wieman & Partners, Mr. Mkhonto was employed as a Lecturer at Vista University from January 1993 to September 1994 when he decided to do his Article of Clerkship. His main task, whilst at Vista University was to lecture students in private Law (Law of Persons and Family Law) and in Customary Law, setting of tests and examination question papers as well as marking them.
→ Mr. Mkhonto is also did work for the City of Tshwane Metropolitan Municipality including Property Registration, Home building Regulations as well as Civil Litigation on behalf of City of Tshwane. Mr. Mkhonto is also involved in doing labour law litigation on behalf of the City of Tshwane. To a lesser extent the City of Tshwane instructs him to conduct Criminal defenses’ on behalf of its employees. He also conducts disciplinary hearings on behalf of the council. He is also doing Civil Litigation for the firm’s as well as Thembisile Hani Local Municipality.
→ Mr. Mkhonto is also a presiding officer in injury on duty cases reported to the Compensation, Commissioner of the Department of Labour.Mr. Mkhonto is in the professional conduct inquiry committee of the HPCSA in which he has acted as both Chairpersons and Committee members since 2013. He has acquired the necessary knowledge and experience in the applicable Health Legislation, including the Health Professions Act 56 of 1974 and its governing regulations, which is necessary for the effective conduct of Professional Conduct Inquiries.

Mr. Enock Magum Ngwenya

→ Mr. Enock Magum Ngwenya has a B. Proc degree. He served his Article of Clerkship with Mokone Makapan Attorneys in PRETORIA. He is also a qualified Commissioner / Arbitrator. He attended Accredited Commissioner’s TrainingCourse at CCMA Johannesburg in 2004. He was admitted as the Attorney of the High Court of South Africa on 09 May 2002. He has over 16year’s experience in the legal field. He has right of appearance in the High Court.
→ He has acquired legal training; while serving his Article of Clerkship; in Labour Law, Civil, Contract Drafting & Review, Constitutional Interpretation, handling MVA Matters on behalf of the Plaintiffs, Criminal Matters, Conveyancing and Property Matters and Family Matters.
→ Mr. Ngwenya is also chairing disciplinary disputes at the following institutions:
→ The Competition Commission of South Africa; Hospersa Union & Compensation Fund.
• Mr. Ngwenya attended a CCMA Accredited Commissioner’s Training Course at CCMA, Johannesburg. He served as an Arbitrator at the South African Local Bargaining Council, Pretoria until 2007. Mr. Ngwenya does work for the City of Tshwane Metropolitan Municipality including Debt Collection, Property Registrations as well as Civil Litigation, Labour Matters, Disciplinary Hearings. During 2003 Mr. Ngwenya served on the Panel of Attorneys for Scorpion Legal Protection (PTY) Ltd, where he assisted policy holders with their various matters. He also served on the panel of Attorneys for NokengtsaTaemane Local Municipality and Thembisile Hani Local Municipality.

Mr. Chesley Brighton Mnisi

→ Mr. Mnisi holds an LLB, LLM (Corporate Law), PGDip (Environmental Law), Certificate in Commercial Law. He is currently completing his Masters Degree in Real Estate. He was admitted as the Attorney of High Court of South Africa on the 9th of October 2009, as a Conveyancer on the 14th January 2010 and as a Notary Public on the 14th of December 2010 respectively. He has over 10 year’s experience in the legal field and he has right of appearance in the High Court,
→ Mr. Mnisi has worked as the first Manager of the Attorneys Development Fund responsible for the implementation of the strategy and business plan for the fund. He was instrumental in the branding of the fund and drafting and negotiating commercial deals with various supplier.
In 2012 Mr. Mnisi joined Sasol as their group legal advisor, his role included amongst others advise on property law, procurement law, construction law, commercial and corporate law, drafting, negotiating and vetting of contracts as well as occupational health and safety.
Mr. Mnisi also worked as a group legal adviser of Foskor a mining and Chemicals Company. He was working as the general legal counsel as he was responsible for all legal matters of the company.
→ Mr. Mnisi is a qualified Real Estate Practitioner, he is an Associate Arbitrator and currently registered as a Candidate Valuer with the South African Valuers Profession Council.

Mr. Tshepo Confidence Mashile

→ Mr. Mashile holds and LL.B degree. He was admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa on 2nd February 2010, he has right of appearance in High Court. He served his articles of clerkship with Zibutha Mokoena Attorneys in Burgersfort, Limpopo Province, which was a Legal Wise Attorneys Branch.
→ He has acquired legal training while serving his Article of Clerkship in inter alia, Labour Law, Civil and Criminal Law, Drafting and interpretation of Contracts, handling of MVA matters & Divorce matters. During April 2010 Mr. Mashile joined Mbowane Attorneys where he served as a professional Assistant until January 2011.
→ During his stay at Mbowane Attorneys Mr. Mashile was immensely involved in High Court and Magistrates Court Litigation.
→ From January 2011 Mr. Mashile worked as a Professional Assistant for Ngwenya Attorneys until Ngwenya Attorneys incorporated with Mkhonto and Associates wherein Mr. Mashile was employed as a Director of Mkhonto and Ngwenya Inc in December 2014.
→ Mr. Mashile was names as winner of the Lexis Nexis price for Best Article by a Practicing Attorneys published in the De Rebus Attorneys Journal in 2014. He continues to be a frequent contributor in the magazine and has, thus far, 3 Articles published under his name.
