Mr. Themba Samuel Mthandazo Mkhonto

→ Mr. Sello Jeffrey Nkoana holds an LLB degree. He then joined Ngwenya Attorneys in Pretoria as an articled-clerk from September 2005 to February 2006 From February 2006 Mr. Nkoana ceded his articles of clerkship and joined Jonker Vorster Jacobs Inc. Attorneys in Hatfield, Pretoria. During August 2006 Mr. Nkoana moved from Jonker Vorster, Jacobs Inc Pretoria offices to their office in Rustenburg. While in Rustenburg, Mr. Nkoana assisted in the debt collection department and civil litigation department in which the firm J.J Inc specialized. He has right of appearance in High Court.
→ Mr. Nkoana then established the Labour Law Department and Criminal Law Department as his own departments and was the head of both Departments Mr. Nkoana then specialized in Labour Law matters and as a result was elected on the panel of specialists Labour Attorneys of Scorpion Legal Protection (Pty) Ltd, and assisted their policy holders with their various matterHe also managed to assist companies such as Rustenburg Granite Works (Pty) Ltd, Nappy World CC in Rustenburg with all their labour matters including drafting of employee’s contract and policies and the disciplinary hearing as the chairperson. → He has acquired legal training while serving his articles of clerkship in labour law, civil litigation, contract , drafting and reviewing, constitutional interpretation, commercial litigation, handling MVA matters on behalf of the Plaintiff, criminal litigation, conveyancing an property matters and family matters.
→ Mr. Nkoana was then admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa on 07 November 2008 after having passed the attorneys board exam, and he served as a Professional Assistant at Ngwenya Attorneys in Pretoria. Mr. Nkoana is the Head of Litigation and Labour Departments respectively.

Mr. Nchaupe Jacob Motlhabi

→ Mr. Motlhabi obtained his LL.B Degree from the University of Pretoria. He then served his articles at Gildenhuys Malatjie Inc where he obtained vast knowledge in the field of Personal Injury claims, Criminal Law, Contracts Law, Labour Law, Divorce Law, Maintenance Law, and Administrative Law.< br/> → He was then admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa and proceeded to work as a Professional Assistant for Nkoana Attorneys in Pretoria and later joined our firm as a Professional Assistant. He has right of appearance in High Court.

Ms. Precious Shavhani

→ Ms. Shavhani obtained her LL.B Degree from the University ofPretoria. She worked as a Legal Advisor for Scorpion Legal Protection from 2004 until2006. In 2011 she then joined Legal Aid South Africa as a Candidate Attorney from until 2013.
→ From 2013 she worked as a Professional Assistant for Legal Aid South Africa until 2014 when she resigned and joined the Road Accident Fund as a Claims Handler. From April 2017 she has been employed as Professional Assistant for Mkhonto & Ngwenya Inc. She has right of appearance in High Court.

Mrs. Tsolofwlo Mogapaesi

→ Mrs. Mogapaesi holds an LLB degree. Before becoming an attorney she practiced as an Advocate independent from the bar. She was briefed in various third party litigation matters and she has gained a wealth of experience in third party and RAF litigation. She was admitted as the attorney of the High Court of South Africa on the 16th of April 2018. She has right of appearance in the High Court.

Mr. Kinglsey Zitha

→ Mr.Zitha has an L.L.B Degree from the University of Limpopo which he obtained in the year 2012. From March 2014 Mr. Zitha worked as a Corporate Service Clerk for Moipone Group of Companies. Mr.Zitha then joined Ngoepe Attorneys for his articles of Clerkship which he ceded over to Mkhonto and Ngwenya Inc in 2017.
→ Mr. Zitha was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court on the 13th July 2017 and continues to acquire is acquiring legal experience and knowledge ininter alia, Labour Law, Civil and Criminal Law, Drafting and Interpretation of Contracts, handling of Personal Injury Matters & Divorce Matters.

Mr. Lovemore Maponya

→ Mr. Maponya has an LLB Degree from University of Limpopo-Turfloop Campus.Maponya cede his articles of clerkship in the year 2016 to Mkhonto & Ngwenya Inc.In June 2017 Mr. Maponya was admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa and continues to acquiring legal experience and knowledge in inter alia, Labour Law, Civil and Criminal Law, Drafting and Interpretation of Contracts, handling of Personal Injury Matters & Divorce Matters. He has right of appearance in the High Court.

Mr. Benny Rampedi

→ Mr. Benny Rampedi has an LLB Degree from University of Limpopo-Turfloop Campus. He is serving Articles of Clerkship for a period of two years and is currently at his pen ultimate year of his articles.
→ Mr. Rampedi is acquiring legal experience and knowledge in inter alia, Labour Law, Civil and Criminal Law, Drafting and Interpretation of Contracts, handling of Personal Injury Matters & Divorce Matters, while serving his Article ofClerkship.He has worked as a mediator at Mankweng Magistrate Court Small Claims Court.
