Mr. Mkhonto, one of the directors of our firm joined JM WEIMAN& PARTNERS as a candidate attorney in 1994 where he gained tremendous knowledge, skills and experience in this aspect. He undoubtedly has a vast knowledge and expertise of home building regulations and laws. In 1998 October he opened his own practice where he dealt mainly with Personal Injury matters. He was also an office manager and responsible for staff supervision in addition to the legal practice he had to run. The bulk of the work of this practice is regulatory law, personal injury claims as well as other various aspects of the law requiring litigation.

  • In dealing with a number of regulatory laws in the field of home building. Mr. Ngwenya is presently heading the High Court Litigation Department of Mkhonto & Ngwenya Incorporated.

Real Estate Law

Our Real Estate department offers a full range of services to various individuals and corporate clients and government. The Real Estate department is headed by Mr. Mnisi who is an admitted Notary Public and Conveyancer with more than 8 years’ experience in property Law. In 2016, he was appointed as a member of Ministrial Task Team on title deed restoration programme. He is currently handling bond registration on behalf of FNB and Notorial Bonds for IDC. He is completing his Master of Science in Real Estate with the University of Pretoria.
